Return & Refund Policy

At MILARĀ LABS, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare, wellness, and beauty technology products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Opened creams, oils, serums, masks, or lotions
  • Personal care and cosmetic products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Any skincare, cosmetic, or wellness product that has been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.


Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Technology Products

If you receive a defective or damaged beauty technology device (including LED devices), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • A video showing the issue or defect
  • Proof of purchase

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we may offer:

  • A replacement unit
  • Store credit
  • A repair solution where applicable

MILARĀ LABS reserves the right to deny replacement requests where sufficient proof is not provided, where misuse is evident, or where the product damage was caused after delivery.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, accidental damage, water damage, or failure to follow usage instructions will not qualify for replacement or refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a verified manufacturing fault.

If an exchange is approved, instructions will be provided via email.


Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • MILARĀ LABS reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet our return requirements

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must still:

  • Be unused
  • Be unopened
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Opened cosmetic and personal care products remain non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
